Use the Host calendar and recent activity
The Host calendar provides a time-based view of upcoming ShareDay work. Recent activity helps explain what changed and which account performed an action.
Before you start
Sign in to the correct ShareDay account and, if you manage more than one business or event, check the name shown in the account switcher before making changes.
How to do it
- Open Calendar from the Host navigation and choose the appropriate date range.
- Select an event or item to open its source page. Make the change there rather than relying on the calendar summary alone.
- Review upcoming event dates, RSVP cut-offs, Checklist+ due dates, budget payments, reminders and other available items.
- Use event and account dashboards to check Needs Attention information that may not be represented as a calendar item.
- Open recent activity or history when you need to confirm an invitation, message, setting change or team action.
- When co-hosts collaborate, agree which person owns each deadline and use the source feature’s status or assignment controls.
- Recheck the calendar after moving an event or due date.
Important details
- Calendar entries summarise records from other features; the original event, task, budget or reminder remains authoritative.
- Activity history is useful for diagnosis but may not include every background or security event visible to administrators.
- Only share screenshots after checking they contain no guest contact or private event details.
If something does not look right
- If an item is missing, verify it has a valid future date and belongs to the signed-in Host account.
- If a change appears under an unexpected person, review co-host permissions and active sessions.
