How Priority Listings, Social Media Spotlight and Priority Support work
These Partner Pro benefits improve eligible promotion and support, but each has operational limits. They should be treated as added opportunity rather than a guaranteed number of customers.
Before you start
Sign in to the correct ShareDay account and, if you manage more than one business or event, check the name shown in the account switcher before making changes.
How to do it
- Keep the Partner profile live, verified, accurate and complete. Promotional benefits cannot compensate for an unpublished or ineligible listing.
- For Priority Listings, maintain relevant categories, regions, availability and booking information. ShareDay can then apply additional prominence or ranking weight where the listing is eligible.
- Check the actual search and Discovery filters a customer would use. Priority does not force an irrelevant listing into every result.
- For Social Media Spotlight, keep suitable current images, a clear business description and permission to reuse submitted material. Respond if ShareDay asks for assets or approval.
- For Priority Support, contact ShareDay through the published Partner support route and identify the business, affected feature, urgency and steps already tried.
- Use Analytics and business records to assess outcomes, remembering that impressions and clicks do not guarantee enquiries or revenue.
Important details
- Priority Listings do not mean paid profiles will always appear before every Free Partner, local supplier or more relevant result.
- Spotlight timing, channel, format, editorial suitability, audience and reach are not guaranteed.
- Priority Support means prioritised handling, not an immediate resolution or a guaranteed service level.
- Benefits can pause when the subscription, listing, verification or required Host link is not eligible.
If something does not look right
- If the plan is Pro but a benefit is absent, check listing status and prerequisites before contacting support.
- For a time-sensitive support issue, describe the customer impact and deadline rather than sending duplicate requests.
