Why a reminder is disabled

A reminder may be unavailable for a specific guest or event for several reasons.

Common causes in the host UI

• No valid email address or NZ mobile number is saved
• The guest was reminded recently and is still inside the cooldown window
• Updates are closed for this event
• The event reached its reminder limit

On the guest list, recently contacted guests show a Reminded pill and the last reminder time.
