Reminder limits
Reminder usage is tracked per send and per channel.
How it is counted
- One email to one guest uses one send
- One SMS to one guest uses one send
- Sending both to the same guest uses two sends
- Initial invites sent by email or SMS also use reminder credits
If reminders stop working, check the remaining allowance for that event before assuming something is broken.
