RSVP statuses explained

The host guest list uses four main RSVP labels.

Guest list RSVP labels

• Attending: the guest RSVP'd yes
• Unavailable: the guest RSVP'd no
• Maybe: the guest RSVP'd maybe
• No response: there is no RSVP on record yet

The guest list can also show extra state chips.

Other guest list indicators

• Reminded: the guest was recently contacted by email or SMS
• Viewed: the invite link has been opened
• The # column shows the confirmed or potential guest count from the RSVP when that count is greater than 0

Use No response when you want to follow up with guests who have not replied yet.
