What is ShareDay

ShareDay brings event planning, guest communication and approved business discovery into one platform. The account and page you use depend on what you are doing.

Before you start

Sign in to the correct ShareDay account and, if you manage more than one business or event, check the name shown in the account switcher before making changes.

How to do it

  1. Use a Host account to create events, manage guests and RSVPs, send invitations and reminders, use planning tools, run series and collaborate with co-hosts.
  2. Use a guest invitation or guest access to view an event, respond, answer RSVP questions and use enabled features such as gallery, guestbook, wishlist or plate planner.
  3. Use a Partner account to manage an approved business profile, enquiries, reviews, analytics, bookings, team tools, managed events and Partner Pro billing.
  4. If you are both a Host and a Partner, keep the accounts’ roles clear and link them using the approved Host–Partner link. Do not assume one login automatically grants access to the other account’s records.
  5. Use public Discovery and Partner pages to find eligible events and suppliers. Visibility depends on event or Partner settings and eligibility.
  6. Open the Help Centre category matching the role and feature before changing account ownership or creating duplicate profiles.

Important details

  • Guests usually do not need a full account for basic RSVP access unless the event flow asks for one.
  • A Free Partner profile does not become paid automatically. Partner Pro is optional.
  • ShareDay supplies platform tools; Hosts and Partners remain responsible for their event, service, content, customers and legal obligations.

If something does not look right

  • If you are on the wrong login page, use Host login for personal event management and Partner Login for business tools.
  • If the same email is used for both roles, follow the navigation labels carefully and verify the selected business or event.

Need help? Use the Help Centre contact form and include the business or event name, the page you were using, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
