What is the ShareDay Partner Program?
The ShareDay Partner Program gives approved businesses a public profile and a portal for keeping their listing, enquiries, reviews and business tools together. A Partner account is separate from a personal Host account: the Partner account represents the business, while a Host account is used to create and run events.
Before you start
Sign in to the correct ShareDay account and, if you manage more than one business or event, check the name shown in the account switcher before making changes.
How to do it
- Apply at Partner application, or use the claim option if the business already appears on ShareDay.
- Verify the email address used for the application and wait for ShareDay to approve or request more information.
- After approval, sign in at Partner Login and select the business you want to manage.
- Complete the profile, check the public preview, and resolve anything shown in the portal’s Booking Setup or Needs Attention rows.
- Choose whether the Free Partner tools are enough or open Manage Plan to review Partner Pro. You do not have to buy Pro to keep an approved Free Partner profile.
Important details
- Free Partner has no recurring subscription fee. Partner Pro is optional and adds the benefits shown on the current plan page.
- Approval, verification, a live listing, a Pro subscription, and a linked Host account are different statuses. Having one does not automatically mean all the others are complete.
- Only people authorised by the business should edit its profile, respond to customers, invite team members, or manage billing.
If something does not look right
- If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset link and check that you are using the Partner login rather than the Host login.
- If the business already exists, do not create a duplicate. Submit a claim or contact support with evidence that you are authorised to manage it.
Need help? Use the Help Centre contact form and include the business or event name, the page you were using, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
