Manage Partner Pro billing, invoices and payment details
The subscription and billing portal controls the paid Partner Pro subscription for the selected business. Customer booking payments are separate and will not appear as ShareDay subscription invoices.
Before you start
Sign in to the correct ShareDay account and, if you manage more than one business or event, check the name shown in the account switcher before making changes.
How to do it
- Select the correct Partner business and open Manage Plan or Manage Billing.
- Open the secure billing portal to view the current subscription, billing interval, renewal date, invoices and payment method.
- Download invoices needed for business records. Check that the business and tax information is correct where editable.
- Use the payment-method control to replace an expired or incorrect card. Do not email card details to ShareDay.
- Before changing monthly or annual billing, read when the change takes effect and any amount shown.
- Return to ShareDay after finishing and confirm the plan status. It can take a short time for payment-provider updates to reach the portal.
Important details
- Partner Pro invoices are for the ShareDay subscription; offline customer payments and refunds are recorded in individual bookings.
- Only authorised owners or billing administrators should make subscription changes.
- A promotion can change the amount shown on invoices without changing the underlying renewal schedule.
If something does not look right
- If the billing portal does not open, allow the redirect or pop-up and try once more from Manage Billing.
- If an invoice or charge is unfamiliar, confirm the selected business and invoice period before contacting support.
