Invoices and payments
ShareDay can show invoices for ShareDay purchases such as event upgrades or Partner Pro. Customer booking payments handled by a Partner are separate unless a checkout explicitly identifies ShareDay as the payment processor.
Before you start
Sign in to the correct ShareDay account and, if you manage more than one business or event, check the name shown in the account switcher before making changes.
How to do it
- Open the billing area for the relevant Host event or Partner business.
- Confirm the invoice belongs to the correct record, date and billing period.
- Download the invoice or receipt needed for your records.
- For Partner Pro, use Manage Billing to update the payment method, review renewal or cancel.
- For a customer booking, record an offline payment or refund in that booking only after the real external transaction has occurred.
- Do not treat a booking journal entry as proof that ShareDay moved money.
- Contact support with the invoice number and business or event name if the charge cannot be matched.
Important details
- Never send full card numbers or authenticator codes to support.
- Annual Partner Pro billing may be described as a monthly equivalent but charged as one annual amount; check checkout.
- Refund rights can depend on the purchase, service delivery and applicable law.
If something does not look right
- If an invoice is missing, check the selected account and payment status.
- For a duplicate or unfamiliar charge, preserve receipts and contact support before starting another checkout.
