Build and publish a complete Partner profile

A complete profile helps customers understand what the business offers before they send an enquiry or booking request. Keep claims factual and make sure prices, locations and availability match the service you can actually provide.

Before you start

Sign in to the correct ShareDay account and, if you manage more than one business or event, check the name shown in the account switcher before making changes.

How to do it

  1. From the Partner Portal, choose Edit Profile.
  2. Confirm the business name, public contact details, website, description, service category and region. Use the description to explain the service, suitable event types, important restrictions and what a customer should do next.
  3. Add a clear logo and cover image. Check the crop in Preview rather than assuming the uploaded file will display the same at every screen size.
  4. Add service areas, venue or address information as appropriate. Do not publish a private home address unless customers are meant to see it.
  5. Add current social links and remove old accounts rather than leaving broken links.
  6. Review any offerings, gallery images and connected reviews that appear alongside the profile.
  7. Save, preview on desktop and mobile width, then activate or publish when the portal shows that required fields are complete.

Important details

  • Use images you own or are permitted to publish. Avoid screenshots containing customer contact details or children without appropriate permission.
  • The public profile and the booking system are connected but separate: a live profile can still have Booking Setup issues.
  • Changes may be moderated. A saved change is not always the same as an immediately public change.

If something does not look right

  • If the logo is cropped, upload an image with space around the mark and check Preview again.
  • If a category or region is unavailable, contact support instead of selecting an inaccurate option simply to publish.

Need help? Use the Help Centre contact form and include the business or event name, the page you were using, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
