Understand the Partner Portal dashboard and statuses

The Partner Portal dashboard is designed to show business status and items needing action before secondary management tools. Read the status blocks from top to bottom before assuming the listing or bookings are ready.

Before you start

Sign in to the correct ShareDay account and, if you manage more than one business or event, check the name shown in the account switcher before making changes.

How to do it

  1. Sign in and select the correct business if the account manages more than one profile.
  2. Check the plan label, then the listing and portal statuses. Draft means the profile is not publicly complete; Live means it can be viewed publicly; Verified records the verification state; Sponsored is an administrative or promotional state and is not the same as Partner Pro.
  3. Read the Booking Setup strip. Open any setup issue and complete the missing offering, availability, policy, location or confirmation setting.
  4. Read the Needs Attention row for booking problems, unread conversations, reviews awaiting moderation, customer requests or other work.
  5. Use the at-a-glance information panel for clicks, profile activity, Google connection, gallery count and account activity.
  6. Open the Actions menu for less frequent tasks such as editing, previewing, viewing as a Partner or managing settings.

Important details

  • An empty attention row means there is no currently detected action; it does not replace checking bookings and messages regularly.
  • Unread counts are attached to the selected business. Switching businesses changes the information shown.
  • Preview shows how the profile will appear, but unpublished changes may not be visible on the public directory until saved or activated.

If something does not look right

  • If the page keeps showing a loading indicator, refresh once and then try a private window. If it continues, report the business name, time and browser.
  • If an action button appears to do nothing, check for a blocked pop-up or an open menu below the button, then report the exact control.

Need help? Use the Help Centre contact form and include the business or event name, the page you were using, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
