ShareDay is designed to sit alongside the way you already take bookings—not get in its way. For the playroom, venue-hire or party packages you choose, we can automatically invite the host into a private planning space once their booking is confirmed. It is a simple bolt-on that gives customers more help without asking you to replace your usual booking process.
Instead of chasing guest numbers, invitations or room-planning questions across messages, your team has a clearer view of what each event needs before the day arrives. The host gets a smoother planning experience, while the venue has the context to deliver it well.
The venue keeps control: your usual booking process, package, date, room, availability and delivery details remain yours.

Pair your partner account with your Discovery Favorite host account and your public partner profile becomes the home for both your business and your upcoming events. You keep creating and managing events from the host tools.

No double entry
Create the event once on the host side; the linked partner profile can carry it through.
How it works: the host account must be a Discovery Favorite, and the connection is approved by the account owners. Linking does not make private or hidden events public.
