Main host emails

• New volunteer request received
• Reminder if event date is close and no host is confirmed

Volunteer parent emails

• Approved outcome
• Declined outcome (with note if provided)
• Signup invite if they do not already have a ShareDay account

If a volunteer still needs to sign up, their request shows as Pending signup until complete.
