Care Pod RSVP rules: host confirmation first
Care Pods use a simple rule to protect families.
- No confirmed host: child RSVPs are closed
- Confirmed host: child RSVPs are open
Typical flow
- Organiser creates Care Pod event
- Parent volunteers to host
- Organiser approves that host and confirms location
- RSVPs open for children
This keeps RSVPs closed until there is a real host for that session.
