Changing an RSVP and handling late replies

Guests can submit another RSVP later, and the system uses the latest RSVP record for that guest on the host view.

What changes after a new RSVP

• The guest's visible RSVP label updates to the latest response
• The updated date changes on the guest list
• Guest count, dietary details, special requests, and custom answers may also change

If the RSVP cut-off has passed, normal RSVP changes should stop unless you handle the exception manually outside the normal flow.
