Bulk imports (CSV)

Bulk import is the fastest way to move an existing guest list into ShareDay.

Recommended columns

• full_name
• email
• phone

Rows without a guest name are skipped. Duplicate email addresses or phone numbers already on the event are blocked, and duplicate names may be skipped depending on the import row.

Before importing, remove empty rows, obvious duplicates, and incomplete names. Cleaner data means fewer invitation failures and easier follow-up later.
