Table cards
Table cards are useful once your seating assignments are close to final.
Before generating table cards
- Make sure guest names are spelled correctly
- Confirm table assignments are current
- Choose the print style that matches your event setup
If names or tables change after printing, regenerate the cards so the printed version stays consistent with the live plan.
