Assigning guests to tables

Guest seating works best after the majority of RSVPs are final.

What to consider when assigning seats

• Relationships and family groups
• Accessibility or mobility needs
• Dietary or service requirements
• Who should or should not be seated together

The seating planner uses RSVP guest counts, so a guest may represent more than one seat. If several changes happen close to the event, update the seating plan first and regenerate print assets afterward.
