Creating and editing events

Most event details can be edited after creation, but the system becomes stricter as the event gets closer.

What you can edit

• Location and notes
• RSVP cut-off and custom RSVP questions
• Guestbook, gallery, and schedule settings
• Theme and hero image
• Public or private behavior

Important event-day rule

On the day of the event, the event name and date/time are locked. Other event details can still be edited.

If you change something guests rely on after invitations were sent, send an update so people do not work from stale information.
